The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit

Health Services

Audiology

The Audiology (Hearing) Screening booth is operational and seeing active duty (AD) service members on an appointment only basis during the posted hours.  This screening is used for Soldier readiness and establishing a baseline. All DoD civilian team members must be scheduled through Occupational Health for their physical screening first, and will only have an audiogram done if required for their job-specific duties or initial screening.

For problems such as sudden hearing loss, severe ear pain, persistent dizziness, or other severe problems with your ears or hearing and you feel you need emergency medical assistance, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.  For routine care, contact your family medical provider to schedule an appointment. Report any incident to your Supervisor as soon as possible.
