Walk-in Contraceptive Services

Female Active Duty service members and beneficiaries ages 14-54 -  Get all your contraceptive care in one place: Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center Apache Clinic.

All female service members and beneficiaries ages 14-54 are eligible for care and counseling at walk-in contraceptive clinics and can receive education on safe sexual practices, contraceptives, and STI prevention and treatment.

The clinic is open Wednesdays, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.  We are limited to 10 patients per day.  Notification will be given at the check-in counter.

Services Offered

  • Short acting reversible contraceptives (SARC) such as oral contraceptive pills, vaginal ring, patch
  • Long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARC) such as hormonal and copper IUD’s and implantable contraceptives such as Nexplanon
  • Information and education on contraceptive options and family planning

How it Works

Active Duty service members and beneficiaries may walk into Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center Apache Clinic and request walk-in contraceptives on Wednesday mornings, no appointment necessary. We are limited to 10 patients per day.  Notification will be given at the check-in counter.  This applies for contraceptive refills on existing prescriptions, new prescriptions, and same day LARC placement.
