Walk-in Contraceptive Services
Active Duty service members - Get all your contraceptive care in one place: Military Intelligence Student Clinic (MISC).
All beneficiaries, regardless of gender identity, are eligible for care and counseling at walk-in contraceptive clinics and can receive education on safe sexual practices, contraceptives, and STI prevention and treatment.
The clinic is open Fridays, 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. When a Federal or Training Holiday occurs on a Friday, Walk-in Contraceptive Services will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the last business day of the week.
Services Offered
- Short acting reversible contraceptives (SARC) such as oral contraceptive pills, vaginal ring, patch
- Long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARC) such as hormonal and copper IUD’s and implantable contraceptives such as Nexplanon
- Information and education on contraceptive options and family planning
How it Works
Active Duty service members may walk into the MISC and request walk-in contraceptives on Friday mornings, no appointment necessary. This applies for contraceptive refills on existing prescriptions, new prescriptions, and same day LARC placement.
