The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit

Getting Care

Getting Care

Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center (RWBAHC) provides care to approximately 11,000 beneficiaries, including our Active Duty Service Members, retirees, and dependents. Ideally, this allows Service Members, retirees, and dependents to share the same healthcare team within their families. The main clinic meets this mission with two teams, Coyote Creek and Apache Ridge. RWBACH strives to offer a holistic approach to primary care, including Internal Behavioral Health Consultants, Clinical Pharmacists, a Registered Dietician, Exceptional Family Member Program, Nurse Case Managers and preventive medicine.

RWBAHC also supports the installation medical mission, by providing guidance to Service Members and their commanders regarding medical readiness, profiles, medical/physical evaluation boards, specialty physicals, chapters and retention standards.

Your health and safety are our TOP priority!
