Badges

Visitors (non-patient), Contractors, and Vendors should report to the front desk for the issuance/turn-in of non-photographic visitors’ badges from the Security Section.

Service Animals

Service Dogs are the only authorized service animal in the facility. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to perform specific tasks or do specific work activities for persons with disabilities. Service animals other than dogs are not protected under existing federal and ADA guidelines. Persons presenting to the facility with any type of animal other than a service dog will be asked by Security to make arrangements for the animal to be cared for while in the facility or to reschedule their appointment or business at the facility.
