Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

RWBAHC Specialty Clinics do not require a referral from the patient's PCM prior to booking an appointment (except Physical Therapy).

The Physical Therapy Early Access Clinic provides accessibility to patients who have non-chronic (1 month or less) injuries. Unsure of if you meet the criteria? Please call the Physical Therapy Clinic for further guidance.
