Yes, you can change your Primary Care Manager at any time. To change your PCM, please call Health Net at 1-844-866-9378 or visit the Health Net Federal Services website at www.tricare-west.com
How do I find a Tricare Network Specialty Provider?
Call Health Net at 1-844-866-9378 or visit their website at www.tricare-west.com and search the provider directory.
What is the late policy?
We ask that our patients arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the Provider will do their best to see you during the remainder of the clinic day.
How can I communicate with my Provider?
Through Tricare Online (www.tricareonline.com) Patient Portal Secure Messaging (formerly known as RelayHealth).
How do I get care if I’m TDY or not permanent party?
Bring a copy of your orders with ID card and complete a quick registration with a receptionist at the RWBAHC main entrance front desk.
