Operations

Medical Operations is a key part of the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) command leadership/management team that oversees high-level responsibilities, such as oversight on numerous OPORDs, taskers, training requirements, deployments, and readiness to name a few.  Operations also analyzes and improves organizational processes, productivity and efficiency to ensure seamless communication throughout the organization.
